Info: Daily - The Life Guards and Blues and Royals (Household Cavalry) mount Queen's Life Guard on alternate days at Horse Guards' Arch in Whitehall, traditionally the official entrance to Buckingham Palace. This ceremony is sometimes performed by the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery or other mounted regiments.

Info: Daily - Buckingham Palace is protected day and night by Her Majesty's Guards. The ceremony of handing over the duty of Queen's Guard from one regiment to another takes place 11.30 a.m. every day in the summer and on alternate days in winter. This is usually undertaken by one of the five regiments of Household guards.

Info: The Ceremony of the Keys is the traditional locking up of the Tower of London by night by Beefeaters and the regiment currently on duty at The Tower. It is one of the oldest and most colourful ceremonies of its kind, having taken place daily without fail for the last 700 years in much the same form as it is seen today.
